If you've opened the latest Festival Playlist and stared at that vague Tokyo City photo clue, you're not alone. This Treasure Hunt has been catching people out because it doesn't point you to a famous crossing or a neon landmark. It drops you into the industrial side of the city, where warehouses, cranes, and dock roads all start to look the same after a few minutes. The reward is still worth the trouble, especially if you're trying to build up FH6 Credits for new cars and upgrades without grinding the same races over and over.

Where to Start Looking
The treasure is in the eastern docklands of Tokyo City, not deep in the downtown streets. Head toward the industrial harbour area near the Pier Pressure event and slow down a little once you're among the warehouses. The clue image matches this part of the map more than any of the clean city districts. You're looking for a warehouse with a usable ramp nearby, because the chest isn't sitting on the road. It's up on the roof, which is what makes this hunt feel trickier than a normal drive-up collectible.

Getting onto the Roof
Once you've found the right warehouse, don't crawl toward the ramp and hope for the best. You'll need a decent run-up and a car that can hold speed cleanly. An S2-class car works well, but a strong AWD build can be just as reliable if it launches straight and doesn't bounce all over the place. Line up with the ramp, keep the steering calm, and stay on the throttle. If you land short, back up and take a longer approach. Most failed attempts come from starting too close or clipping the ramp at a bad angle.

Why This One Feels Harder
A lot of past Treasure Hunts were solved almost instantly because the clue gave away a road, a sign, or a famous location. This one asks for more map knowledge. Tokyo City is huge, and the docklands can be easy to ignore when you're busy racing through bright avenues and mountain routes outside the city. That's why players have spent so much time comparing buildings, roof shapes, and the background in the photo. It's not just a treasure chest. It's a small test of whether you've actually paid attention to the less glamorous corners of the map.

Rewards and Extra Exploration
Driving through the chest pays out 100,000 Credits and adds 3 points to your Festival Playlist progress. That's a useful grab, especially early in a season when every point helps unlock cars and other prizes. Tokyo City also has plenty of other reasons to keep exploring, from hidden collectibles to tucked-away routes and region-based vehicle discoveries. If you're saving for expensive builds, combining Playlist rewards with smart spending or even cheap buy FH6 Credits options can help you get the cars you want sooner while still leaving plenty of time to enjoy the hunt itself.Hunting the Tokyo City rooftop chest in Forza Horizon 6?
